What personal information do we collect?

• An E-Mail address and associated name are collected only when/if you activate a Shop With… subscription in the rShopping List app.
• Shopping List Contents (including text and images) are collected only on lists that are synchronized with a Shop With… subscription.
• Background Location and Activity Detection is obtained only when/if you activate the Remind When Near feature.

How do we use your information?

• E-Mail address and shopping lists: We only use the information to provide you with the Shop With… service.
• Background Location and Activity Detection: This information is neither stored on, nor transmitted from your device. It is used solely to present a reminder notification when near a location specified in the rShopping List app.

How do we protect your information?
Your Shop With … information is contained behind secured networks on Google's Firebase servers and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems. These individuals are required to keep the information confidential. All information you supply is encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology when transmitted over the Internet.

When do we disclose information to third parties?
We do not transfer your information to outside parties except where necessary to provide the Shop With… subscription service or to conform with law enforcement.

How do we notify of Privacy Policy changes?
Notifications of changes to this policy will appear in the "What's New" section of the app's Play Store listing and the "What's New" popup that appears on the first run after the app has been updated. The current Privacy Policy is always available on the Play Store listing as well as in the Settings/About page of the app itself.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices
In order to conform with Fair Information Practices we will notify you via E-Mail within 7 business days should a data breach occur.
